Old Northeast, St. Pete | Corner Charm

We transformed this corner property from a plain grassy area to a charming and inviting space. The focal point became the vibrant orange front door and the majestic Ixora trees. To enhance the entrance, we bordered it with Ixora bushes and Florida-friendly flowers, creating a haven for pollinators and revitalizing the front yard.

At the homeowner's request, we wanted to incorporate a nod to the century-old homes in the neighborhood. Instead of a traditional statue, we opted for four large white pots filled with vivid botanicals, harmonizing with the salmon-colored Ixora blooms. The removal of the grass, addition of drip irrigation lines, and introduction of asiatic jasmine groundcover completed the transformation.

Client Kind Words & Thoughts

The vendor selection was easy because we had acquired the project management service as well as the design. The design and illustration made the difference. The 3D illustration is realistic and communicates well. We could clearly see how it would look when the project was done.

Sara communicates well and it is all documented. This secures successful end results and prevents misunderstandings.
